NORMAN T. MUSIAL (Deceased, 2020)
A native of Toledo, Ohio, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall Law School, and has attained a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the College For Financial Planning.
He had practiced law in the western suburbs of Cuyahoga County, Ohio for more than fifty years. He was the author of a book entitled ESTATE PLANNING MADE EASY FOR OHIOANS, and a co-author of AVOIDING PROBATE IN OHIO and OHIO ESTATE PLANNING.
Norman T. Musial was admitted to the Ohio Bar and was a member of the Ohio Bar Association. He had been a member of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association (past Chairman of the Probate Committee), Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
He is a former Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, past president of the North Olmsted Jaycees, charter president of the North Olmsted Rotary Club, was selected one of "Five Outstanding Young Men in Ohio" in 1967 and in 1969 was selected "North Olmsted Citizen of the Year." He also served as the Executive Director of the North Olmsted Foundation, Inc..

MARK N. MUSIAL
A native of Greater Cleveland, Ohio, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio, and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School (Graduating with Order of the Curia, an academic distinction).
Attorney Musial is admitted to the Ohio Bar (1985) and the Florida Bar (1986). He graduated from Capital University Law School in 1985 as a member of the Order of the Curia, an academic honors society. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Florida State Bar Association. His membership in each Bar Association includes membership in each Association’s respective section on Probate and Estate Planning. Further, he is a member of other related organizations, such as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
He has been a frequent lecturer on Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid, Trust and Probate Administration, and Estate Planning topics for Continuing Legal Education, professional organizations, clubs and schools. He is also a co-author of AVOIDING PROBATE IN OHIO and OHIO ESTATE PLANNING. He is currently an active member of the Vermilion Rotary Club, the North Olmsted Foundation, and is active in many other community, church and charitable organizations.

Attorney Musial is a principal in The Musial Law Firm, LLC, a Florida limited liability company organized by her for providing legal services to her clients. She is admitted to the Ohio Bar and the Florida Bar. She is a member of the Cape Coral Bar Association, and a member of the Lee County Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Further, she is a member of Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Florida, National Women’s Law Alliance, and a member of the American Association of Justice.
As an attorney "Of Counsel" to our law firm, she will co-counsel with us on our cases from time to time, and is available to assist us on an as needed basis.
She is a native of Greater Cleveland, Ohio, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Baldwin Wallace College, in Berea, Ohio, graduating cum laude, and a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan, graduating cum laude.
